Your voice, understood

Say it how you would say it to a person. “Lunch with Sarah tomorrow at one at Nando’s.” RYX works out the time, the place and the details, and puts it on your calendar. Prefer typing? Type it the same way.

Your calendars, together

RYX syncs two ways with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar, so everything you already have is there, and everything you add with RYX shows up everywhere else.

No more double bookings

If something clashes, RYX warns you before it saves and suggests times that actually work.

A to-do list that speaks up

Add tasks by voice or text, set reminder times that suit you, and get reminders that actually arrive.

Your day, out loud

Ask for your daily or weekly summary and RYX reads your schedule to you, so you can listen while you get on with something else.

Nothing quietly disappears

How it works

Three steps, none of them typing

  1. Say it or type it

    Tell RYX what is happening in plain English, while cooking, walking, or juggling everything else.

  2. RYX understands

    It works out the who, when and where, checks your calendar for conflicts, and asks a quick question only if something important is missing.

  3. It is handled

    The event or task is saved and synced, and the right reminder arrives at the right time. Nothing else to do.

What is RYX?

RYX is a voice-first AI calendar assistant and to-do app for iPhone and Android. You speak or type naturally, and RYX creates calendar events, tasks and reminders for you, synced with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar.

Can I use RYX hands-free, for example while cooking or on the move?

Very nearly. You tap the RYX button once, then simply talk. There are no forms to fill in and no screens to tap through, so after that single tap your voice does all the work. It is built for moments when your hands and attention are busy. If you want to use it around driving, do so only within your local laws on phone use, and never let any app take your attention from the road.

Which calendars does RYX work with?

RYX syncs two ways with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar, and also has its own built-in calendar if you do not want to connect either.

How is RYX different from Siri or Google Assistant?

General voice assistants can set a basic reminder, but they struggle with real scheduling. RYX is built only for time management: it checks for double bookings, suggests alternative times, manages a full to-do list with custom reminders, and gives spoken daily summaries.

Is RYX accessible with a screen reader?

Accessibility is a founding commitment, not an afterthought. RYX is built and tested with VoiceOver, and a voice-first app is naturally suited to blind and low-vision users, as well as anyone who finds tapping through calendar screens a chore.

Does RYX help with ADHD?

It's built for the moment a thought arrives and you know you'll lose it if you don't get it down. You say it once and it's in your calendar with a reminder on it. No form, no app to learn. Whether that helps you is your call rather than ours, but that friction is the problem we set out to remove.

What happens to my voice recordings?

Your voice clips are used once to work out what you said and are not stored by RYX. You can read exactly how your data is handled in our privacy policy.

How much does RYX cost?

RYX is free to download with a monthly allowance of voice interactions. Personal and Pro subscriptions unlock more, with prices shown in the app before you pay anything.

When can I get RYX?

RYX is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. This page will link to both stores the day it is live.
