Delete your RYX account

You can delete your RYX account and all its data at any time. There are two ways, and both are free.

The instant way, inside the app

Open RYX, go to your Profile, and choose Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and complete: your profile, calendar events, to-dos, learned preferences, profile photo and sign-in records are all erased from our systems straight away. Voice recordings are never stored, so there is nothing extra to remove.

The email way, if you cannot access the app

Send an email to info@leeamapplications.com with the subject line “Delete my account”, from the same email address your RYX account uses. Sending from your account’s own address is how we verify it is really you, so no password is needed. We will confirm and complete the deletion within thirty days, and in practice usually much sooner.

Two things worth knowing

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription, because payments are held by Apple or Google, not by us. If you subscribe, cancel first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, then delete the account.

Records of your past purchases are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies. We could not delete those even if we tried, because they belong to your Apple or Google account, not to RYX.

What gets deleted

Everything RYX holds about you: account details, events, to-dos, connected calendar tokens, preferences, settings, profile photo, and sign-in records. Routine security backups expire automatically on a rolling basis.
